Tell YouTubeReinstate Donald Trump's YouTube ban now

Posted: March 28, 2023

In March, YouTube quietly reinstated Donald Trump's account -- even though the twice-impeached ex-president may be more of a threat to safety and democracy now than ever before.

In response to the looming threat of indictment, Trump has used social media to call for angry protests and to make wild, false accusations and threats against everyone from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to the Biden administration.

On Truth Social, Trump recently called District Attorney Bragg (who is Black) an "animal" and "HUMAN SCUM" who is "doing the work of Anarchists and the Devil" -- and he even implied that the NYPD should stop protecting the officials who are investigating him. It's obvious that Trump and the MAGA Republican movement have no intention of toning down their violent rhetoric.

From Mike Huckabee to Robert Jeffress, Christian-nationalist pastors are shamelessly falling back in line behind Trump and the broader MAGA movement's renewed aggression. Among others, Franklin Graham is calling the investigations into Trump's corruption an "onslaught," lying on Twitter that "the left manipulated the last election."

As followers of the Prince of Peace, we must speak up when social media platforms empower those who encourage hate -- especially when it's in our name. Let's show YouTube that Christians want them to slow the spread of violence and misinformation by banning Donald Trump for good.
