"Evangelical leaders are trying to push Senate leaders to stiffen their resolve to force the Kavanaugh confirmation to a vote," the New York Times just reported.
The religious right wants to forgo an investigation into Christine Blasey Ford's allegation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh attempted to rape her. Franklin Graham even said it's "not relevant.”
They may be willing to ignore sexual assault in their pursuit of controlling the Supreme Court, but we aren't. Senators, especially those on the fence about Kavanaugh, need to hear from Christians who believe sexual assault is a moral issue.
