Sister Helen Prejean has long been at the forefront of Christian opposition to the death penalty, and right now she needs our help.
Richard Glossip is scheduled to be put to death this Wednesday in Oklahoma, even though the investigation into his alleged crime was poorly done, key evidence was withheld from the jury, and the last few years have seen 10 other people freed from Oklahoma's death row after retrials.
Sister Helen, widely known from her portrayal in the film Dead Man Walking, calls Glossip's case a “travesty of justice." But the countdown to execution has already begun, and we are running out of time to show that Christians nationwide stand with Sister Helen.
