Colleen Simon had her dream job, working at a Catholic church feeding hungry families. It was a job, she says, "I was called to by God."
But then she was fired just because she is married to another woman.
Colleen has devoted her life to helping the hungry, but these days too many Catholic leaders are ignoring Pope Francis and putting anti-gay politics ahead of serving the poor.
Tomorrow in Kansas City, Colleen's friends are delivering a petition asking the bishop to reinstate her. Can you add your name?
