Across the country, momentum is building to take down monuments to the Confederate leaders who fought to preserve slavery. But in Lexington, Virginia, there is still a church named after Robert E Lee.
R.E. Lee Memorial Episcopal Church leaders say they're considering changing the name "in the future" - but they've been saying that for years, and the name has remained the same.
It's time to show church leaders that this name is not acceptable and must be changed. Now.
